2009 – One year after opening as a new business
2012 – Extensive work was done to save the business and property during the 2011 Lake Manitoba flood, and landscaped to create a safe area and Caribbean appearance
2018 – A sunset picture after a busy summer day
2020 – Having been featured on TV, Radio, travel guides, newspapers, and more, the business along with Goat Island became iconic to the local tourism industry, attracting people from all over.
2021 – After the RM abruptly terminated the new and first ever lease, excavation and removal took place after repeated vandalism, threats, and theft.
2023 – Two years after removal, and a 25 year proposed plan for development, the site was being used for unauthorized parking.
